Soft Washing
Our Soft Wash is an innovative low pressure cleaning technique that uses specialized cleaning solutions to remove mold, mildew, and algae at the source. Resulting in your home staying cleaner longer! In this video we’re using a maximum of 500 PSI, while our machine still has the power to push water up to 40 feet! All without using high water pressure, minimizing the risk of damaging your home or property.
We use our soft-washing technique whenever possible to mitigate risk and provide longer-lasting results. Our soaps and cleaning chemicals are tailored specifically to each individual job and are always environmentally friendly.
Power Washing
Did you know that heat is the difference between pressure washing and power washing!? In most scenarios high water pressure alone can remove visibly trapped dirt, debris and gunk from concrete and masonry surfaces. However, the deepest grime and stains will not be removed without heat. At Wash Pro we utilize both cold and hot water machines combined with industrial cleaning agents, to meet all of our customers needs.

Wood Restoration

Wash Pro Exterior Cleaning Services LLC originally began serving the St. Louis area in 2020 as Kurb Appeal LLC by J.W. The company’s foundation was built on a decade plus of lawncare and landscaping experience. However, upon taking on power washing services, we quickly recognized a passion for exterior cleaning. Begining in 2021, the parent company (Kurb Appeal LLC by J.W.) split to better reflect a new begining at Wash Pro, making-way for an expansion and specializion of complete exterior cleaning services.
